Founder/CEO
Alix has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers, Alix’s passion for fitness began at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, where he gained business experience working at several gyms while earning a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a minor in French. He trained the hardest during the summer months, to perfect his craft. He mastered the proper techniques for lifting, developed healthy nutritional habits, and trained with an Olympic weightlifting champion. From here, Alix became passionate about fitness and wellness and started the Five Diamond Fitness & Wellness initiative.
Alix enjoys seeing others at their absolute best. He knows that living a healthy lifestyle through frequent exercise, healthy eating, and reduced stress leads to a better quality of life, life expectancy, and decreased biological age. Earnestine Jackson
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Earnestine (RDN) earned her Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, & Dietetics from Stephen F Austin State University and her Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University.
Earnestine is devoted to food science & expanding her nutrition knowledge to her community. Her focus is teaching others how to maintain a balanced intake while achieving goals. She believes in affirming a healthy relationship with food— not a food association that is restricted, inadequate, OR unattainable.
Earnestine has experience working with all age groups and various nutrition-related conditions. She has previously worked in the hospital/medical field and personal care facilities. Earnestine is passionate about all things nutrition. However, her specialties include weight loss, hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes management.
She enjoys ongoing nutrition education, working out, and trying new foods, and recipes.

Anna Breslav
Licensed Massage Therapist
Anna is a Licensed Massage Therapist, certified ayurvedic health practitioner, certified ayurvedic wellness counselor, Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, Certified Geriatric Massage Therapist, Certified Oncology Massage Therapist, and Post-Cosmetic Lymphatic Drainage and Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.
In early 2000, Anna developed a serious awareness and inclination for her spiritual path. She intensively studied Slavic Vedic Traditions, Veda, Yoga, Pranayama, a different type of diet (Raw Food Diet), and bioenergy. She applied all of these practices first to herself than to her family. In 2018, she graduated in Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapy in India and received her Prana-Mantra-Tantra Master’s Degree in the Himalayas.
Anna has dedicated more than 18 years to spiritual, metaphysical, energetic, and holistic studies, understanding the connection between mind, body, and spirit. In the process, she has visited different parts of the world while studying and practicing alternative therapies in Ukraine, Peru, Russia, Nepal, India, and the US.

Naomi McDowell
Mobile Fitness & Corporate Wellness Trainer
Naomi McDowell has over 18 years of experience playing sports from league to all-star. Naomi spent 2 years in high school as a manager/ sports trainer for high school soccer, volleyball, and track teams. She was offered a slot in one of the nation’s top medical summer programs for physical therapy but turned it down to focus on high school and volunteer programs. Although she did not place in Miss Texas USA 2014, to go on to compete in the Miss USA pageant, she did hold the Title of Miss Duncanville 2014. graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Business with an entrepreneurial focus and a minor in marketing, spending the majority of college learning about healthy living and nutrition. Currently working as an aspiring model/ actress and training others to be at their best.
Naomi enjoys a variety of sports, including Basketball, Softball, Bowling, Boxing, Kickboxing, Figure Skating, Swimming, Cheerleading, Cycling, Gymnastics, Taekwondo, Rollerblading, Hockey, Running (long-distance and sprinting), Field, Rock Climbing, Trampoline, Speed Skating, Volleyball, Wrestling, Powerlifting, Yoga, Dance (tango, salsa, ballet, hip hop, belly, certain celebration dances for India, k-pop, etc.)
